I’m Cristian Laurentiu Otlacan, owner of Laur Home Improvement. I don’t just fix houses—I help people feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their homes.
With years of handyman experience and a heart for serving seniors, widows, single moms, veterans, and families in need, I believe every home repair is a chance to bless someone.

Here’s how it works: I set aside 10% of every job into what I call the Good Works Fund. This fund doesn’t go out as cash — it goes out as help. Real help. Handyman services, home repairs, and projects for people in need — seniors, widows, single parents, veterans, low-income families, and anyone facing life’s challenges.

Depending on the situation and available funds, we provide discounts anywhere from 10% up to 100%. Every project is different, but the heart behind it stays the same: to bless others in practical, tangible ways.

This isn’t just about making a living — it’s about living with purpose. Beyond paying my bills, my passion is to use my skills to serve and uplift those who need it most.
